Preventive Consultation
Prevention is at the heart of our business. This applies to the individual level (your pet's health), to canine and feline populations, and also to the impact of animal health on human health.
It focuses on:
• Prevention of infectious diseases (vaccination).
• Prevention of internal and external parasites and the diseases they transmit.
• Disease prevention through good nutrition.
• Prevention of behavioral disorders.
• Hygiene and dental care.
That's why we offer personalized consultations:

Kitten and Puppy Consultations (Pediatric Care)
The first 4 to 6 months of your kitten's or puppy's life are equivalent to your first 15 years. This is a crucial period during which we will provide comprehensive support.
This stage requires:
-
Vaccination against infectious diseases.
-
Effective protection against external and internal parasites to ensure the safety of your pet, your family, and your children.
-
Providing high-quality, appropriate nutrition to support harmonious growth and a strong start in life.
-
Training and socialization (litter box/house training, familiarization) to ensure smooth integration into your family and overall well-being.
-
Dental monitoring.
-
Identifying any pathologies specific to their breed predisposition.
A lot needs to be covered in a short period, which is why we recommend seeing you 2 or 3 times during this initial stage.
Final Growth Consultations
This consultation takes place between 6 (cats and small breeds) and 10 months (large dog breeds).
Its purpose is to ensure:
-
That the growth is harmonious and balanced.
-
That your pet is well-socialized and shows no signs of behavioral issues.
-
That their adult dentition is developing without anomalies.
This period also corresponds to puberty, which is the ideal time to discuss contraception options, particularly sterilization, which offers significant health benefits for your companion.
Annual Wellness Checkups (Preventive Care)
It is important to remember that each year of your pet's life is equivalent to approximately 7 human years. A yearly checkup is therefore the minimum for a full health assessment! We are here to detect changes, wear and tear, or disorders before they manifest clinically or become too serious. We will implement preventive or therapeutic solutions to address them or slow down their evolution.
Senior Consultations
Our animals age faster than we do. It is vital to detect the signs of aging early. We are here to look for organic dysfunctions (cardiopathies, kidney failure...), hormonal imbalances (hyperthyroidism, diabetes) before they become debilitating or symptomatic, and signs of arthropathy (joint disease), among others.
Signs of aging to watch for include:
-
Sleeping more or less than usual.
-
Playing less frequently.
-
Changes in appetite.
-
Tiring more quickly.
-
Increased water intake.

Laser Therapy

What is laser therapy?
Therapeutic laser is a treatment tool that allows the treatment of multiple pathologies, without pain and without side effects for your animal.
In what cases can laser therapy be recommended?
-
Wounds
-
Edema
-
Osteoarthritis
-
Muscle recovery
-
Musculoskeletal disorders
-
Neurological damage
-
Oral and dental lesions
An innovative solution
What are the advantages of lasers?
-
Non-invasive: it can be performed on any type of lesion and animal species.
-
Quick: the treatment protocol includes several short sessions.
-
Painless: it is very well tolerated by animals.
What are the health effects?
-
Anti-inflammatory: stimulation of macrophages and increase of T lymphocytes, increase of microcirculation, decrease of pro-inflammatory prostaglandins.
-
Healing: stimulates fibroblasts, leading to increased production of collagen and elastin.
-
Anti-edema: increases circulation, stimulates macrophages.
-
Analgesic: increased production of endorphins, strengthening of segmental inhibitory controls (Gate Control effect).

Surgery

Our surgical technical platform allows us to perform a wide range of procedures, always with the utmost rigor and safety.
Pain management and your pet's safety are our priority, ensured by modern Anesthesia and rigorous monitoring.
We perform routine Sterilizations (ovariectomies, castrations) and carry out numerous Soft Tissue Surgeries, all with state-of-the-art equipment such as the Electric Scalpel and Thermofusion .
Furthermore, as good oral health is essential, we offer complete scaling to prevent periodontal disease.

Medical Imaging
To establish rapid and accurate diagnoses, our clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art imaging tools.
We use Digital Radiography for high-quality images of bone structures and internal organs, enabling rapid assessments of thoracic and abdominal trauma or diseases. Ultrasound complements these analyses by providing real-time visualization of the organs.

What is Digital Radiography?
Digital radiography is an imaging technique that uses electronic detectors to transform X-rays into high-quality digital images. Unlike conventional X-rays, this method allows for instant acquisition and immediate viewing of the images, facilitating rapid interpretation by our specialists. X-ray emissions are significantly reduced, making it safer for both our patients and our healthcare teams.
Our Technology: The Flat Panel Detector
-
Our flat panel detector is at the heart of this innovation. It offers several key advantages:
-
Superior Image Quality: Thanks to high resolution, every detail is captured, allowing for the precise identification of pathologies.
-
Reduced Radiation Dose: Digital technology requires less exposure, ensuring better safety for the animal and the medical staff.
-
Rapid Acquisition: Obtaining images almost instantaneously allows for urgent care in critical situations.
-
Ease of Analysis and Sharing: Digital images can be easily stored, accessed, and transmitted to experts or specialists for a second opinion if necessary.
Clinical Applications
On a daily basis, we perform numerous digital X-rays that allow us to effectively investigate various health issues, including:
-
Trauma and Fractures: For an accurate diagnosis and rapid assessment of injuries.
-
Pulmonary and Cardiac Pathologies: Identifying abnormalities within the chest/thoracic cavity.
-
Digestive Abnormalities: To detect obstructions or other dysfunctions.
-
Post-operative Follow-up: Ensuring optimal monitoring of healing after surgery. Screening for Osteoarticular Disorders: Elbow dysplasia, hip dysplasia, patellar luxation, etc.

Laboratory
Our in-house laboratory is a major asset for rapid diagnosis and immediate implementation of treatments.
We perform comprehensive Blood Tests on-site, including a complete blood count (cell evaluation) and biochemistry (organ function). This allows us to obtain crucial results in just a few minutes. For screening for infectious agents and pathogens, we conduct real-time PCR Analyses , a cutting-edge technique for ultra-fast molecular diagnosis. In addition, Urinalysis is routinely performed to assess kidney and urinary function. We use Rapid Tests (FIV/FeLV for cats, pancreatic lipase) as well as Microscopic Analyses (blood smears, gynecological monitoring) to refine the diagnosis precisely, right here at the clinic.

An "Animal Friendly" clinic
"Animal Friendly", what is it?
This method encompasses a body of knowledge about animal behavior as well as techniques designed to make your visit a positive experience. A good relationship between the caregivers and the animal is essential. Every action will either improve or damage the relationship depending on how it is perceived.
That is why we try to act gently, adapting as best we can to the character of each individual and reinforcing positive behaviors in order to gain the animal's trust and thus its cooperation.

What does it consist of?
In the waiting room, we keep cats and dogs separated as much as possible to prevent panic attacks even before they enter the consultation room. Several things can also be done before your visit to help you prepare for it. (For dogs: treats, toys for the journey, calming spray or capsules, for example. For cats: transport by car rather than on foot, covering the cat carrier with a cloth, calming spray in the carrier, etc.)
During a consultation, the veterinarian will examine your pet, taking into account its condition. We will approach each animal differently depending on whether it is stressed, playful, or fearful. Appropriate solutions can be implemented to avoid any risks (restraint with a towel, application of a calming spray, giving treats, etc.). All these techniques are gentle and safe. If necessary, we can offer to lightly sedate your pet so that it doesn't have a negative experience of the visit. Finally, your pet will receive a reward.
The benefit?
Stress influences many factors. It complicates (and even makes) examinations risky because the veterinarian cannot properly handle the animal. It can skew blood test results. Furthermore, it deteriorates the veterinarian-animal relationship, which is crucial for any treatment protocol.
For all these reasons, we strive to make your visits as pleasant as possible and provide you with a high-quality service. Our team is trained to implement wellness initiatives at the clinic and to advise you on any concerns you may have at home, so please don't hesitate to contact us.
